When I started reading the book it was overwhelming because the author explain all the caos in her life and I just do not want to read more problems in addition to my problems. But the book actually helps others than feel identification with the same problems to find a solution to manage them. The book has advices and it is a a great reading. They are some many ways to live the life and for sure the most important is to be happy and feel peace. We always have to search the time and the space to us, and take the time to nourish our life. I think that with planification of time and priorities we can be healthy, happy and also we are going to have time for full night´s sleep. I recommend you to read the book. The authors are Becky Johnson and Rachel Randolph. The book has 253 pages. I like the cover and he presentation of the book. You can take a look of the content of the book:
