I prefer to use this cream at night. The cream absorbs rapidly into the skin. You can use it to smooth legs, firm stomach, hips, arms, thighs, and tighten the gluteus. Its smell is like oranges. The cream is very light, is not thick, pretty easy and quick to apply. If you are consistent with the application of the cream and make a balanced diet and doing exercises, you will see the results in your body. I really like it and highly recommend it.
