The Jonsteen Company : Growing a tree from a seed

Hello everyone! Let's plant a tree today to make the world a better place to live. The trees are very important because they produce oxygen, filter and cleans the air we breath. I found this amazing business The Jonsteen Company they sell seed germination kits of a lot species.
You can plant a tree in a pot and 2 years later transplant it to the garden. It is very easy to growing a tree from seed because the kit is complete and they guarantee 100% that is going to grow. The kit come with a instruction booklet. I got two beautiful trees very special and rare to find. I got the Cherry Blossom and the Colorado Blue Spruce. I love to have pink and blue trees in my garden, how wonderful is that!

You can add a pop of color in your garden with these trees. The process take a long time but if you love nature and gardening to relax your soul these trees are my favorites. The spring is here so now is the perfect time of the year to plant a tree.

I was waiting for this moment since I got the trees. Finally one of the seed of the tree germinated! Look how cute is my little new tree. I'm so excited. I'm going to post more photos in my Instagram account so stay tune to see the progress. https://www.instagram.com/onenac/ I still waiting for my other seeds...

Flowering Cherry Grow Kit - Japanese Design
Prunus serrulata

You can appreciate how beautiful is going to be my pink cherry blossom. This photo is stunning. I will love be sitting under that tree in the park. I'm going to enjoy taking a lot photos of my trees.

"In Japan, cherry blossoms symbolize clouds due to their nature of blooming en masse, besides being an enduring metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life, an aspect of Japanese cultural tradition that is often associated with Buddhistic influence, and which is embodied in the concept of mono no aware, literally "the pathos of things" and also translated as "an empathy toward things".

The association of the cherry blossom with mono no aware dates back to 18th-century scholar Motoori Norinaga. The transience of the blossoms, the extreme beauty and quick death, has often been associated with mortality; for this reason, cherry blossoms are richly symbolic, and have been utilized often in Japanese art, manga, anime, and film, as well as at musical performances for ambient effect.
The flower is also represented on all manner of consumer goods in Japan, including kimono, stationery, and dishware. Here's a Grow Kit that can bring the beauty of cherry blossom trees to your own yard or garden, and, each spring, you'll be greeted by a riot of pink flowers in celebration of your home's very own Cherry Blossom festival!"

Colorado Blue Spruce Grow Kit
Picea pungens

The Colorado Blue Spruce is a grey Pine tree. I love the shape and when it grow up is going to be the most wonderful Christmas tree in my area. I cannot image how pretty the white lights are going to shine in the tree. Some day! I took some photos from the internet to show you guys the how they look. The color is very vibrant and you can appreciate the difference between the grass and the other green leaves in the back. The tree is blue!
"Colorado’s State Tree, the distinctive Blue Spruce, is the most popular ornamental tree in North America, and is known and loved throughout the world for its amazing blue-grey color and graceful symmetry.
Blue Spruce first gained recognition among Europeans in 1862 upon Dr. C.C. Parry’s “discovery” of the remarkable silvery-blue species at Pike’s Peak in Colorado. Although Blue Spruce are native to higher elevations (up to 11,000 feet) primarily in the Rockies of Colorado and Wyoming, the species has been successfully cultivated in gardens and towns all around the world.
Blue Spruce is an imposing, long-lived, slow-growing conifer, typically 80–100 feet tall at maturity with trunk diameters of 2–4 feet. The largest Blue Spruce is 150 feet tall, measuring more than 16 feet around the trunk. The oldest known specimen is at least 600 years old. Blue Spruce make a great showcase ornamental, a fine windbreak, or an excellent container-grown living Christmas Tree.''

Flash flooding can be dramatically reduced by a forest or by planting trees. One Colorado blue spruce, either planted or growing wild, can intercept more than 1000 gallons of water annually when fully grown. Underground water-holding aquifers are recharged with this slowing down of water runoff.

In their web page https://sequoiatrees.com/ you can pick from a lot of option of trees, plants and flowers seeds. The shipping is fast and they arrived in perfect condition. I think it is a perfect gift and a entertainment activity for all the family and kids.
