Once again Martha Stewart created a delicious cook book inspired in recipes and tips for choosing cooking fresh seasonal ingredients. The book has more than 150 recipes.
The recipes are easy and fast to cook. One of my favorites are: Mrs. Kostyra's Mashed Potatoes; Fried rice with collard greens; swiss chard lasagna; risi e bisi; and pasta with marinated heirloom tomatoes.
The photos are pretty and the book comes with hard cover. It comes with 327 pages. If you love vegetables but you don't know what to prepare this book is great. It comes with many different ideas to eat healthy food. I absolutely recommend you to get it.
