 I love this vegetarian cook book. It is huge! It comes with 351 pages. It has more than 150 vegetarian recipes for quick, flavor packed meals. If you want to buy a vegetarian book, this is my first recommendation for you. It is very complete. 
 I like the way that Anna Jones divide the chapters: a modern way to cook; in the time it takes to set the table; ready in twenty; on the table in half hour; forty minute feasts; investment cooking; super fast breakfasts; quick desserts and sweet treats; acknowledgments;about the author; index; vegan and gluten free index.
 One of my favorites recipes in this cook book are: platain, avocado and black bean bowl; zucchini noodles with pistachio, green herbs and ricotta; supper samosas with quick mango pickle; ultimate pecan banana breakfast bread; and amazing lemon cannellini cake.
