I got this wonderful recipe book by Jennifer McGruther. For me is a must to have because I don't know too many recipes of soups. My favorite recipes are the fish and vegetables. If you want to turn your diet a little more healthy definitely we have to add soups.
I know that we are in summer and is hot but we live with air conditioner and I think that is a great option for dinner as well. Eat better and light is going to help us to reduce calories and get in better shape for the beach. This book has homemade recipes rich in nutrients and vitamins. I highly recommend it to get a soup book. The book has 183 pages.
