This book is full of ideas and projects to get a lot fun with your friends. The books has 127 pages. The photos are great. It comes with yoga exercises for 30 minutes.
How to change your old clothes. The book has recipes of cakes, juices and healthy food. Also it has the instruction of how to create your own soap at home. 

The best part is the treatment tips with the ingredients to prepare face masks. And DIY to make the ultimate bath bomb.  In general this is a nice book to share with your friends a good time together.  I highly recommend you to read it.
