This book is amazing. I'm really impressed with the recipes and the photos. They explain step by step all the process. The book has a lot of recipes of many countries. The breads are delicious! They also explain many plates, sauces and food to complement the bread.
You can apreciate in the photo the large variety of breads that the book has. They show how to prepare the dough. My favorite recipes are: paratha, pita, tortillas, pastelitos, summac-spinach pies, and corn bread. The book has 301 pages. I love this coobook
