It is a must to have the Coosh Intelligent Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure monitor at home. I always want to buy one to keep it in the emergency kit. It is good idea to measure the blood pressure of the family and stay healthy. It is pretty easy to use at home.

You just have to follow the instructions that comes in the manual. Once you have it in your arm you push the button and it automatically start inflating and measure everything. The result is on the LCD display and is easy to read.

 Also it measures the heart rate per minute. You don´t have to do anything it also turn off and deflates automatically. I had to buy 4 x AA batteries because they are not included. I really like it it can store 30 measurements. This is a high quality product.
