This book is pretty good because it has a lot of health recipes to cook in less than 15 minutes. I think that you don´t have to be a vegetarian, you just have to be a person that want to change your life style and eat more heathy. Maybe you want to change your life eating fresh food, add more exercise to you routine and look better. This is the beginning, start reading healthy books that are going to help you improve your life. The author makes a little introduction about what it means to be a vegetarian. I´m not a vegetarian but I don´t eat meat regularly. Sometimes I eat some grilled chicken. I think that I feel better when I eat vegetarian food, I have more energy, I feel light and is good for our health because of all the vitamins that it provides.

There is a lot of easy and delicious recipes in the book. For example I decided to prepare the Caprese salad just to prove you that you can eat fast food. How much time you use to clean a tomato with water, cut it, cut some cheese, add basil and some dry tomatoes if you like them, olive oil and vinegar. It is pretty easy right?
